1. I wanted to do something that was fun but also that gave me a challenge to make. Personally I think it came out great
2. I used like a three shape but then put my finger print into the middle of it.
3. I won’t think I would change anything besides getting to know how to make it straight instead of it leaning.
4. Clay slab- cutting a thick flat clay slab. Then you can make a box out of it if you have 6 slabs

Paper Mache
my group had to come up with a project that was a hard task but some thing that we as a group could complete on time. how it was successful was because we worked as a team and complete the task. difficulties was that it was a round out side and that we had to make a huge flower, to put inside the pot and just finding the right color to go on the pot.
Installation Presentation
Pit fire
we put stuff inside are cup or pot and then we put it into the fire and then we waited for the chemicals to change color. I feel like my piece was not successful cause there was no color it was just black but wont lie had some relay cool texture. If i had to change anything i would chill out with the chemicals i used so i can get some real colors to come in.
Tray set
this is used for anything honestly what ever your brain can think of. Like a water tray kinda thing for a dog. how i came up with the idea was that i saw a picture on the wall and i wanted to do that. The process of this was kinda hard but you know i got this in the bag so it was kinda simple. then the materials I used was clay and clay tools and water. That was basically it.
Mosaic
why I design the piece was that it sounded cool in my head and i wanted to build something that could challenge me. what i found difficult was that for some reason i cut my finger( i ended up using that same piece in my own artwork). what i found successful about my art work was that it actually came out the way i wanted it to, I don't think i would change anything about it.
Final Exam 2018
1. the types of tools i used int my art work where the clay rib. I feel like that was the main tool I used cause that made everything stick together. also the wire tools also helped me a lot and getting my clay stuff looking great. The clay rib its function and purpose was to smooth out and also make like little marks so you can score and slip. Then the wire tools also helped me to make all theses fancy marks in the clay, well making the clay look better. some of the wire tools are used for when your on the pottery wheel to get it off.
2. My understanding of tools has grown since the beginning of the year with me transferring into this class late. I came into this class knowing nothing about clay and then walking out of here knowing more then I did on the first day. They could really help you used the right way but if you us them in the wrong way then they could really hurt you. my understanding about this whole class really made me think this semester like what would my next piece be or what should have done to make something better. like shown at the bottom clay tools really come in handy.
Final Exam 2018
1. my favorite material that I used this year has to be clay. why I like working with clay is that it helps you get all your anger out and its like your brain, what ever you think of clay can do it. that why i think i enjoy working with it this year. Also you can do different sizes with clay, from tall to small to out wide to getting in close.
Final Exam 2018
my most successful has to be the tri pod mugs. the theme i tried to go with was something new with marks in it. with like an ocean theme in the inside. then with engravings on the sides. we had to plan, then make the cup then we could put marks into it then fired it then we glazed it. then we could drink out off it.
Final Exam 2018
the monkey head was a big thing cause we had to keep it school appropriate cause those heads would be used in a play. the size had to be right to fit on a hand, the technique layering had to be right and the materials had to be spot on.
